SALZACH GORGE AT PASS LUEG
From the nearby Lueg Pass, it is only a few steps to the Salzachklamm natural monument. The impressive breakthrough between the Tennen and Hagen mountains into the Dachstein limestone is over 80 meters deep.
The rock faces feature numerous huge erosion scours created by the eddies of the flowing water.

The crystal-clear waters of the Torrener Ache river reflect the breathtaking mountain scenery and the deep green lakes - surrounded by expansive meadows - are home to brown trout.
