Cancellation fees
From 7 days before arrival: 90%
In the last week before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total package price.

From 30 days before arrival: 70%
From one month to one week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price.

From 90 days before arrival: 40%
Between 3 months and 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total package price.


Final cleaning
For the final cleaning we charge a one-off fee of € 50,- to € 120,- per apartment.

Deposit & Payment
To confirm your apartment vacation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. On your departure you can pay for your vacation in cash or in advance by bank transfer (without deduction). We do NOT accept EC-/Bankomat and credit cards.


Cancellation & travel insurance
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply to your booked vacation. You can take out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.


Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: In order to be able to plan more precisely, please let us know your approximate arrival time before you arrive. You can generally check in from 14:00.
Check-Out: We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure.


Prices
All prices (in Euro) are per apartment and night incl. bed linen, excl. local tax (€ 0,80,- per night per person from the age of 15), excl. final cleaning (one-off). Changes and errors excepted. The apartment prices vary depending on the number of persons. We will be happy to make you an individual offer for lower occupancy.
